Cancellation of orders

All orders cancelled before the dispatch of products will be processed immediately for refund. In case the order is cancelled after dispatch the refund will start to process once the product reaches back the store. Partial cancellations are not allowed.

Return and Exchange

Products are only applicable for return or replacement if the product received is tampered or not matching the specification and dimension as ordered. If a buyer wants to return a product ,Return packaging and shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer. If a buyer wants to exchange the prouct the refund amount will be added to the wallet and he/she can exchange with using Roshan wallet.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected we will initiate the refund process. The customer will be refunded with the amount paid less return courier/shipping charges. The Refund process may take 7 – 10 working days.

Non – Returnable

All Accessories , Lunch bags , and Wallets are non returnable.
